Announces Opportunity for Enrollment of Yantriks and Naviks

The Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union, offers you a challenging and inspiring career as Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officer in the pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 (Revised) with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- and for Deputy Commandant (Law) at Rs. 15600-39100 (Revised) with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-. Applications are invited from Indian citizens as per following details:-

Assistant Commandant (General Duty )
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline of a recognised university by the Central/ State Government/ UGC with Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to 12th Std of 10+2+3 scheme of education.

Asst Commandant (General Duty - Pilot-Navigator) (The Candidates failed in Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) need not apply)
Qualification: B.Sc with Mathematics and Physics.

Assistant Commandant Commercial Pilot License (CPL) holders for short service appointment for period of 08 years, which may be extended to 10 years and may be further extended up to 14 years by the competent authority
Qualification: 12th class pass or equivalent and should possess current Commercial Pilot License (CPL) on the date of submission of application

Assistant Commandant Women (General Duty) for Short Service Appointment for period of 08 years, which may be extended to 10 years and may be further extended up to 14 years by the Central Government.
Qualification: Degree of a recognised university with Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to Intermediate or Class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent.

Deputy Commandant (Law)
Qualification:
A degree in Law with 6 years experience in legal matters.
Should be qualified for enrolment as an advocate in a High Court
Desirable:
A post Graduate degree in Law
Knowledge/Experience in Assignment connected with International Law/Maritime Law.
