PUBLIC APPOINTMENT – WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on 01-02-2010

Walk In Interview for the following posts on contract basis for a period not exceeding six months at first instance will be conducting on 01-02-2010 :

Assistant Professor , Post : 01 ( CSE)
Salary : Rs. 38,400/-

Lecturer, Posts : 02 ( 01 :Mech, 02 : Electonics & electrical comm Engg)

The Qualifications, Experience and Age for the posts are as under:-
A. Qualifications & Experience:-

1. Assistant Professor (Computer Sc. & Engg.)
Essential:- Ph.D. Degree with 1st Class at Bachelor’s and 1st Class Master’s Degree in Computer Sc. & Engineering with 2
years experience in teaching / industry / research at the level of lecturer or equivalent in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500/-
(Pre-Revised).
OR
1st Class Master’s Degree with 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sc. & Engg. / Technology with 05 years experience
in teaching / industry / research at the level of lecturer or equivalent.

2. Assistant Professor (Mechanical Engg.)
Essential:- Ph.D. Degree with 1st Class at Bachelor’s and 1st Class Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years experience in teaching / industry / research at the level of lecturer or equivalent in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500/- (Pre- Revised).
OR
1st Class Master’s Degree with 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engg. / Technology with 05 years experience in teaching / industry / research at the level of lecturer or equivalent.

3. Lecturer (Mechanical Engg.):-
Essential:- 1st Class Master’s Degree with 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Technology.

4. Lecturer (Electronics & Electrical Communication Engg.):-
Essential:- 1st Class Master’s Degree with 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Electrical Communication/
Electronics & Communication Engineering / Technology.
B. AGE:
Not exceeding 45 years for Assistant Professor and 35 years for Lecturers as on 1.1.2010. Relaxation will be given to Reserve categories as per Govt. Instructions.
C. RESERVATION:
Candidates belonging to SC’s / OBC’s categories will be considered on the ground of equity and justice.
NOTE:- In case suitable / eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Professors are not available, the posts will be filled up at Lecturer level.
