+ Higher Secondary School Certificate or Higher Secondary Exam passed on 10+2 system from board/institute recognized by MP govt.
+ Typing Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.
+ Steno Exam passed with speed of 100 wpm from institute recognized by MP govt.
+ DCA Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.

Clerk Steno: 179 Posts
o Pay: Rs. 5200-20200 + Rs. 1900 GP and Rs. 125/ Special Pay.
o Qualification:
+ Higher Secondary School Certificate or Higher Secondary Exam passed on 10+2 system from board/institute recognized by MP govt.
+ Typing Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.
+ Steno Exam passed with speed of 80 wpm from institute recognized by MP govt.
+ DCA Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.

Assistant Grade- 3 : 483 Posts
o Pay: Rs. 5200-20200 + Rs. 1900 GP
o Qualification:
+ Higher Secondary School Certificate or Higher Secondary Exam passed on 10+2 system from board/institute recognized by MP govt.
+ Typing Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.
+ DCA Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.
