Minimum Qualifications/Experience
1.
Estate Officer
a.
B.A/B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering (three years) or equivalent.
b.
5 years experience in Management of Estate including
security, housekeeping, Fire Fighting,
Food Services and all other activities relating to contractual services.
2.
Data Entry Operator
a.
Graduate in any discipline and Diploma in Computer Application (two years) or equivalent
b.
Speed of 8000 key depression/hour
c.
Two years experience of Data Entry in any Electronic Data Processing Organization
/University /College/Education or Research Institute.
d.
Proficiency in English /Punjabi
3.
Technician (Store)
a.
Graduate in any discipline
b.
Desirable : Certificate / Diploma in store keeping & purchasing
c.
3 years experience as Store-Keeper and well conversant with maintenance, preservation,
provisioning, procurement and disposal of stores in a Government Research
Institute/University or Autonomous body/College/Institute etc.

Last Date: 27th February 2010 by 5 p.m.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. The interview schedule is as detailed below:
1.Estate Officer: 4th March 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
2.Data Entry Operators:5th March 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
The shortlisted candidates will have to appear in written
test, and only candidates qualifying in the written tests will
be eligible to appear in the interview.
3.Technician (Store):6th March 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
